Dear Youth Hockey Player,
Welcome to the 2010-11 hockey season! We hope you are excited to get back on the ice. As many of you are aware, there have been a few changes this season.
First, Tam-O-Shanter will be coordinating the House League, Learn-to-Play Hockey (IP) and Girls Hockey programs. Please see attached registration forms for all three programs. We will be following the guidelines set forth by USA Hockey’s American Development Model for the Mite, Mini-mite and Learn-to-Play divisions. We will be using the same format as last season for the Squirt, Peewee and Bantam divisions.
Second, the registration deadline for House League and Girls Hockey is September 15. (The deadline for Learn-to-Play Hockey is October 8). You can register one of three ways:
1. Online at http://www.playsylvania.com/programs/hockey_house.php
2. In-person prior to September 15 during normal business hours (see attached registration forms)
3. Walk-in registration on September 15 from 2:00-7:00pm
