Travel Division Board (2008-09 Season)

The Travel Division Board consists of the following positions. Each position has a term of 1 year. The Annual Board of Elections Meeting is held every March and is run by the Executive Board. To learn more about SMAHL's Constitution and By-Laws, click here.

  • Vice President - Oversee the operations of the Travel Division.

  • Secretary - Recorder of Travel activities, including meeting minutes, notices, etc.

  • Treasurer - Prepare and manage the Travel Division budget.

  • Public Relations - Manage the publication and distribution of information about SMAHL and its activities.

  • Finance - Arrange for sponsorship of Travel teams; manage the printing and distribution of Travel jerseys.

  • Scheduler - Schedule all Travel practices and games; schedule in-season clinics and try-outs.

  • Director of Coaches - Manage the coaching selection process; manage the Travel Team draft; arrange for the development clinics during the season.

  • Rules & Discipline - Manage the committee that decides all protests, complaints, and violations of SMAHL rules and regulations.

  • Equipment - Manage the inventory of existing equipment, acquire new equipment as required, and distribute the equipment to the Travel teams.
