March 15, 2004 minutes were distributed and reviewed. Don made a motion
to approve, seconded by Mark. Motion carried.
Vice President Report -
The Bantam AA team competed at districts and the Squirt AA team made it to the
Little Caesars Tier I Championship. Job well done by players and coaches!
Don has final jersey designs to review. Quantities, lead time, sizes and
vendors will be evaluated. Todd K will oversee the project. A motion was made by Don to use a portion of
the ’04-05 commitment fee to defray jersey costs. Motion 2nd by Mark, approved
unanimously.
Treasurers Report - Mark Kennedy

Several teams have outstanding balances; Mark is working closely with team
managers to collect amounts owed. Submitted invoices are up-to-date. Mark will issue a check for office supplies
and pay the logo designer.
Scheduler Report - John Weber
Don distributed the Fall Tryout schedule on behalf of John. A motion
was made by Joe to approve the schedule, 2nd by Mike, motion
approved unanimously. The schedule will
be posted in the lobby and also mailed to SMAHL members late May.
Coaching -
Harold St.
Todd will obtain First Aid Kits for issuance to team managers in the upcoming
season.
Equipment Report - Todd Koback
Todd has collected about half of the jerseys from last season. Team
managers have been contacted to turn in remaining jerseys.
Finance Report - Mike Frey
Mike plans to get the golf fundraiser committee together to coordinate golf
outing and "social" afterwards.
He is looking to speak with any SMAHL member that may have affiliation
with a local course.
Rules and Discipline - Bruce Sorg

Items have been submitted to Laura Falkner for sylvaniahockey.org
website including the “Miracle” movie outing, travel tryouts, coaching
selections and Fall Face-off Tournament information.
Mark will get copies of the Little Caesars contacts from the '03-04 season as
team managers will be able to use this info when scheduling scrimmages next
year.
Secretary report - Wendy Payette

New Business
Proposed Tryout dates for 2004-2005 Fall teams were reviewed. Tryouts begin June 22 and should be wrapped
up by July 28 for first picked teams. Motion to approve made by Don, 2nd
by Mark, approved unanimously.
Head coach recommendations for the 2004-2005 season were submitted by the
coaching committee. Recommendations were
reviewed at each level. Motion to
approve recommendations made by Don, 2nd by Bob, approved
unanimously.
