Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. By Don Manders

SECRETARY: Don Explained the purpose of the meeting was to vote on selection of Coaches as proposed by the Selection Committee.
OLD BUSINESS: Bob Felser stated that the selection committee Tried to call all teams Parents, Reviewed coaching evaluations, And interviewed all applicants for coaching positions. Their recommendations are as follows.

The Selection Committee Was comprised of Bob Felser, Todd Koback, Ken Krider, and Harlan Joelson.
The Meeting was then opened for any questions of the selection committee. Jeff Wawrzyniak asked what is a good interview Process? Stated that he felt the process used was more than ever used previously. He then questioned weather they talked or called all parents. Stating he was not called. He also discussed a letter sent by Harlan Joelson questioning his involvement in selection process. Joe Reynolds noted that SMAHL does not currently have a Midget minor team that plays a full season in line. It was then decided we would vote on coaches’ individually.
