Meeting Minutes - SMAHL House Board Meeting 7-14-03 (month - July)

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Pat Heldt

OFFICE REPORTS

Vice - President (St. John)

·         Absent

Secretary (K. Kuhr) -

·         Absent

Treasurer (Upton/Cook) -

·         Absent

Scheduling (Heldt) -

·         Schedule for ratings skates are set, waiting for Travel to finish with their September hours to schedule the first House times.

Rules & Discipline (Sorg)

·         Pending disciplinary investigation against House Coach from 2002/2003 is pending the submission of paperwork.  This will be addressed prior to the start of the 03/04 season.

Equipment (Holmes)

·         Blue pucks on order for the MM’s and Mites (300).  200 weighed pucks have been purchased as well for use as a development tool during House practices.

Coaching - (R. Kuhr) -

·         Absent

Finance - (Baumgartner) 

·         Jersey order is ready to go and will by placed by the ProShop ASAP.

·         2 Sponsors forms have been received, others have committed and the remainder will show up during House Registration.

Public Relations (Ciesielski) -

·         Nothing to report.

New Business

·         An Audit of SMAHL will be performed this year and we will need a detailed list of equipment assets to facilitate the process.

The next House Board meeting is August 18th, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Loft. 

There being no other new business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
