Meeting Minutes -SMAHL House Board Meeting  6-24-02 (month - June )

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Harold St. John

Present:            St. John, Sorg, Heldt, Kuhr, A. McKenna, B. McKenna

Absent:            Holmes, Kitz, Ciesielski

Guests              Joe Reynolds, Diane Cook, Ric Shock, Mark Boze, Mike Mankowski,    Jeff  Wawrzyniak

New Business

·         New Leaf Program discussed with Mike Mankowski and what Tam-O-Shanter’s function is with it. Roughly (30) players and broken out into (3) groups rated A,B and C.  All players need to do both Phase 1 & 2.  After those sessions the players will be evaluated and placed into the Winter IP or the House Program.

·         SMAHL to look at possibly adding a Summer IP Program

·         Tim Horton’s sponsorship and Ric Shock wants to add additional sponsorships to include IP, Mini-Mites and Mites.

=> Motion made by Harold St. John to have Tim Horton’s sponsor IP and Mini-Mites for the upcoming season.  Motion seconded by Andrea McKenna.  Motion passed unanimously.

·         Diane Cook, Mike Mankowski and Ric Shock to review financial affect sponsorship has with the Pro Shop.

The next House Board meeting is July 8^th, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. in the Loft. 

There being no other new business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:18 p.m..
