The Executive Board consists of the following positions. Each position has a term of 1 year. The Annual Board of Elections Meeting is held every Spring and is run by the Executive Board. To learn more about SMAHL's Constitution and By-Laws, click here.

• President - Oversee the operations and direction of SMAHL.

• Executive Secretary - Recorder of Executive Board activities, including meeting minutes, notices, etc.

• Executive Treasurer - Responsible for keeping full and accurate books of account in which shall be recorded all receipts and disbursements of the Executive Board and the House and Travel Divisions.

• House Vice-President - Oversee the operations of the House Division.

• Travel Vice-President - Oversee the operations of the Travel Division.

• Registrar - (appointed position) Responsible to meet all USA Hockey requirements for team and player registration.
